👁️ Put on the eye protection, fit the mask and adjust the straps so it sits snugly and comfortably
🎛️ Choose a light mode on the controller — red or near-infrared for firmness and lines, blue for blemishes, the others for radiance and skin tone
⏱️ Choose 10, 20 or 30 minutes and lean back — 3–5 times a week. The mask becomes pleasantly warm; that's normal
🧴 Apply serum or cream afterwards — your skin absorbs it better
🧽 Wipe the mask with a damp cloth and place it in the pouch
